Water Woes - The End

At least I hope it's the end of our water woes.

This is the new tank, waiting to be rolled into place and hooked up. Paul brought it up last night. It was suppose to be a little taller and a little smaller around. It was riding on the trailer in the same position it's in now. Up on the trailer, it was over 14 feet tall. Paul was a bit worried when he had to drive under a 15 foot over pass. He took out a few branches on the way up our drive. Hey You had trimmed for 12 feet, not 14.

Speaking of Hey You, after I left for work this morning he finished draining the water out of the old tank. He said all the birds in the neighborhood were really happy to have a pool of water to bathe in. We haven't had rain for a long time.

I am hoping this is the end of your water woes too. I hadn't seen an update for a while, so I was wondering how things were. Kind of figured things were okay. Never heard the big 'burp" and whoosh of water, so thought all was still holding safe.

yes, glad your neighbors didn't have to endure the great flood! So how long will you be without water?
